As a graduate who has been unemployed for over two and a half years, I think It’s great to see developments like One Albert Quay being constructed in Cork.

Government plans to reduce unemployment, have always been nothing but a lot of hot air. The current talk about business start-ups is also hot air.

Now the marriage equality referendum is over, would it be too much to ask that politicians and the media get back to real life and real issues?

Would Enda Kenny please cut the waffle and do something concrete to help the long-term unemployed, like myself?

Paul D’alton is wrong to say that older people who are lonely suffer more, emotionally, than anyone else. Chronic loneliness is terrible, whether that person is younger or older, or whether they live in a rural or urban area.
