Raising child benefit fair

RAISING child benefit is the only fair way to alleviate child care expense.

Tax exemptions are totally unfair on those who stay at home. The minister for finance should bring back the old tax bands for married couples (ie straight doubling-up of allowances if married).

Give tax incentives to those building and running new crèches.
