Cork stars dominate camogie All-Star nominations

The newly crowned champions supply 14 of the 36-player list

Cork's All-Ireland triumph has been reflected in the 2026 PwC Camogie All-Stars nominations, with the newly crowned champions supplying 14 of the 36-player list announced by the Camogie Association and PwC.

Galway, beaten by Cork in the All-Ireland final, are next with 10 nominations, while Kilkenny have six and Tipperary four following their respective semi-final appearances.

Clare and Waterford complete the county representation, with Abby Walsh and Beth Carton earning nominations following impressive campaigns.

Cork's strength is particularly evident in defence, where six of their players have been shortlisted, while five forwards and two midfielders also feature. Amy Lee is their representative in goal.

The winners will be announced at the PwC Camogie All-Stars Awards in Croke Park on Saturday, November 21.

The ceremony will also see the presentation of the PwC GPA Camogie Player of the Year awards across the Senior, Intermediate and Premier Junior grades.

Galway's Carrie Dolan is nominated for the Senior award alongside Cork duo Laura Hayes and Sorcha McCartan.

Antrim have two nominees in the Intermediate category, with Éobha McAllister and Roisin McCormick joined by Laois' Clodagh Tynan.

Armagh also have two representatives in the Premier Junior shortlist, with Ciara Hill and Eimear O'Kane joined by Cavan's Róisín O'Keeffe.
