US should join Canada in upholding the law

THE US Ambassador to Canada, Paul Cellucci, finds it “incomprehensible” that Canada’s ships in the Persian Gulf would not automatically turn over possible Iraqi war or human rights criminals to the US.

I find it incomprehensible that the US should have such an ignorant and undiplomatic ambassador.

There is now a world court for war criminals, the International Criminal Court.
