An 83-acre farm in Wexford is due for online auction on February 19 next. Gorey-based auctioneers Quinn Property is offering the holding in four possible lots:
- Lot 1: 41.5 acres of land, including the residence, farmyard and outbuildings;
- Lot 2: 12.9 acres;
- Lot 3: 28.8 acres;
- Lot 4: The entire holding.

The holding is in Mulmontry, just 3km south of the N25 (Cork-New Ross) and 3km from the nearest village of Taghmon. Wexford Town is 16km while New Ross is 23km away.
The property comes with some very useful buildings, including a range of agricultural buildings, as well as a traditional two-storey farmhouse. The latter is in good structural condition albeit in need of modernisation. Accommodation includes kitchen, pantry, bathroom, parlour and seven bedrooms.
