Glenilen make double cream, clotted cream, country butter, cheesecake, and yoghurt with fruit compote in a glass, all from the milk of their own Friesian dairy herd.

They are also introducing some Jersey cows to the herd to increase the butter fat. The name comes from the River Ilen which runs through the farm.
