Kearney and O'Hanlon go head to head at Lahinch

The Curragh's Paul O'Hanlon and Royal Dublin's Niall Kearney will meet in this afternoon's final of the South Of Ireland Championship at Lahinch.

The Curragh's Paul O'Hanlon and Royal Dublin's Niall Kearney will meet in this afternoon's final of the South Of Ireland Championship at Lahinch.

Irish Close champion O'Hanlon came back from two down after seven holes beat Lee Valley's Niall Gorey 3 and 2 in the first of this morning's semi-finals.

Kearney also mounted a comeback in the other match, rallying from two down after seven holes to beat Aaron O'Callaghan of Douglas 3 and 2.

The final tees off at 2pm.
