Gardening shines a bright idea on mental health

Gardening is a great pursuit to help all aspects of health, not just in terms of aerobic fitness but also mental health. 

There is great therapy to be had in the garden.

‘Shine’ is a national charity supporting people affected by mental ill health, and they are about to launch a mental health-themed community garden in Cork City.
