Gardaí appeal for witnesses following serious three vehicle collision in Kerry

Gardaí in Kerry are appealing for witnesses following a serious three vehicle road traffic collision in Kerry on Sunday afternoon which saw multiple people hospitalised. 

The incident occurred in Kilmanihan West in Knocknagoshel, Co Kerry at approximately 4pm.

The driver of one vehicle, a man in his 30s, was brought to University Hospital Kerry (UHK) for treatment of serious injuries.

Two female passengers, aged in their 40s and 30s, were also removed to UHK with serious injuries.

A Garda spokesperson said the other drivers and passengers were also removed to UHK for treatment of non-life threating injuries.

Gardaí in Listowel are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to come forward.

Any road users who may have camera footage, including dash-cam, and were travelling on the N21 in the area of Kilmanihan West, Knocknagoshel between 3pm and 4pm on Sunday, August 16, are asked to make this footage available to investigating gardaí.
