The Bertie and Mary Show is bad medicine

A YEAR ago we all fell victim to the wild promises and claims of the Bertie and Mary Medicine Show.

We bought the wonderful elixir which was being peddled to us as the ultimate cure-all at the time.

We bought into the magical properties which it offered and, in the euphoria of it all, momentarily lost the run of ourselves.

Now that the hangover and headache have finally taken hold we’re realising it’s too late to get our money back.

We are now being told that we forgot to read the small print on the bottle. I, for one, am ready and waiting to run this medicine show out of town the next time it comes around.
