Government lauded for aid to children in crisis

WORLD Vision welcomes the Irish Government’s decision to commit up to 20% of its overseas development aid spending on HIV/AIDS to programmes specifically targeted at children.

Ireland is the first country in the world to acknowledge the serious needs of these children - something of which we should be very proud.

The World Vision partnership has been campaigning for the rights of children and their carers affected by the HIV/AIDS pandemic for over a year.
