What’s the point?

IT has been suggested in some media that ITV in Britain may be interested in purchasing CanWest Global’s share in TV3. Why?

The only reason TV3 has decent viewing figures is the rebroadcasting of British soaps which can be easily received from their home terrestrial stations or via satellite.
