In wake of Storm Babet, three local entrepreneurs start a new venture in Midleton

Three entrepreneurs, including two brothers, opened a new restaurant in the East Cork town of Midleton before Christmas. They tell Chris Dunne about the great support they have received from people in the recently flood-hit town

FOOD is a major part of James Cullinane’s life. As well as being a chef who recently opened a restaurant in Midleton, his mum, Florrie, and dad, Paddy, of Shanagarry, are chefs too!

“I leave the day job and go to mum and dad’s,” says James of his eating habits. “They are always cooking!”
