A jury has heard that a man accused of stabbing another male 28 times was not at home the night of the alleged incident, despite being under curfew.

Detective Garda Karl Mannion told Patrick Gageby SC, prosecuting, that he had called to Paul Crosby's home just before 10pm on November 10, 2016, but the accused was not there.
