The sister of late Pogues frontman Shane MacGowan has shared a heartfelt tribute to their father, Maurice MacGowan, who died on Monday morning just weeks before his 97th birthday.

Maurice MacGowan died peacefully, surrounded by his family, at University Hospital Limerick.
