World's most expensive gold coin in Dublin today

The world's most expensive gold coin ever to come to auction will go on display in Dublin today.

The 1933 Double Eagle coin is the most valuable half-ounce of gold in the world, which sold for $7.59m (€5.75m) in 2002.

It can be viewed today and tomorrow at the Irish Museum of Modern Art in Kilmainham as part of a European tour.
