Labour, FG and FF claim last three seats in Dublin N-E
Labour's Tommy Broughan, Terrence Flannagan of Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil's Michael Woods have been elected on the fourth count in Dublin North-East.
All three seats have thus been filled although Broghan was the only one to reach the quota.
The final result shows a Fine Gael gain from Fianna Fáil.
Earlier, outgoing FF TD Martin Brady conceded defeat.
With the ninth count underway in Dublin South Central it's looking increasingly likely that Sinn Féin's Aengus O'Snodaigh will retain his seat.
He's now almost 1,200 votes ahead of Labour's Eric Byrne, his rival for the fifth and final seat.
Only two seats have been filled so far in this five-seater, with both Fianna Fáil candidates Sean Ardagh and Michael Mulcahy being elected last night.
Labour's Mary Upton is now about 200 votes shy of the quota, and it is almost certain she will take the third seat, while Fine Gael's Catherine Byrne should take the fourth.
With 14 seats still to be filled in five constituencies: Fianna Fáil has 73, Fine Gael 46, Labour 19, PDs 1, Green Party 5, Sinn Féin 3 and Others 5.
Successful Labour candidate Tommy Broughan says he wants to "carry on the tradition of Jim Larkin and Labour" after winning his seat in Dublin North-East.
