FF called on to clarify policy on breath-testing
The Donegal-based road safety group, Public Against Road Carnage, is calling on Fianna Fáil to clarify its position on compulsory breath-testing at the scene of accidents.
Last month, PARC received a letter from An Taoiseach Bertie Ahern, pledging to amend the law if Fianna Fáil is returned to government.
