AIB has shown Web Summit attendees how one small action can impact the bigger picture.

They are urging visitors to the event to "be part of something bigger" and take part in their #backedbyAIB Instagram campaign.

Any photo which uses the hashtag on the social media site will be printed off and added to a collage at their exhibition.

The small photos of attendees are building and the mosaic should soon transform into a giant aerial photo of Ireland.

Contributions to the mosaic have come from Web Summit founder Paddy Cosgrave and AIB CEO David Duffy.
