Since he lost his son to alcohol-related suicide, John Higgins has campaigned against the grip drink has on young people, and opposes the industry’s involvement in schools via Drinkaware

<p>“There is no place for the alcohol industry in schools,” a letter sent by the Department of Education and the HSE to schools on Friday and seen by the Irish Examiner, states.</p>
