Sarah Kelly has never forgotten the compassion shown to her and her family at a very vulnerable time in their lives.

The Roscommon-based primary schoolteacher, in her early 40s, says it was the little things that mattered most when she — along with her sister, Claire, and dad, Peter — was navigating her mum’s illness from cancer and the last few weeks of her life.
