After the excitement of Christmas Day, with Santa and being together with family and friends amid the holly and tinsel and twinkling lights, it is now time for the Christmas dinner leftovers.
But before we get carried away by the festive excitement, we can avoid seasonal food waste. It’s a consistent problem: Up to one-third of food that comes into a home goes into the bin and this only gets worse at Christmas time.
