“This is in a good strong dairying area,” says selling agent Pat Murphy. “There are 39 acres in all and there’s a good stretch of road frontage with it. Interest so far has been brisk and there have already been offers put on the table. The price guide of €650,000 (€16,700/acre), meanwhile, is a realistic one considering the upward trend of land prices in the area.
