181-acre farm near Kilmallock seeking €2.5m at auction
The old farmhouse at Behergeela, Kilmallock, Co. Limerick, is in need of modernisation.
All eyes will be on the auction taking place on Tuesday, July 21, at the Woodlands House Hotel in Adare, County Limerick, when a 181-acre farm goes under the hammer with REA Dooley Group Auctioneers.
Pat Dooley will be the man with the gavel in hand on the day. He is looking forward to a sizeable attendance, made up of people from two different ‘worlds’; those from farming and those from the world of people seeking a home for renovation with a couple of dozen acres.
