Both Dr Fintan Sheerin and Dr Kevin McCarthy express their disdain at my referring (Irish Examiner, Letters, March 25) to the warning plainly written in the Hebrew scriptures that ‘The Mighty One’ of Israel, himself, determined the boundaries of the land of Israel, which he gave to the Jewish people for an everlasting possession.
