Entrepreneur network Endeavor Ireland has unveiled two key appointments to strengthen its support of high-impact entrepreneurs across Ireland.

Hilary Rushe has been appointed managing director of Endeavor Ireland, having acted as its interim MD. She joined Endeavor Ireland in 2025 to lead entrepreneur experience and has played a central role in supporting founders across the network while helping drive the organisation's continued growth and impact.

She previously spent five years at IDA Ireland, notably as VP of emerging business based in Chicago, USA, where she worked with multinational companies looking to establish and grow their operations in Ireland.

Meanwhile, entrepreneur and business leader Niall Horgan joins Endeavor as entrepreneur in residence (EIR). He brings extensive experience across entrepreneurship, scaling tech companies, brand-building and international growth. He is best known as the co-founder and chair of consumer brand Gym+Coffee. He has also held senior roles at global technology companies including Twitter and Slack.

Endeavor Ireland chair, The Edge, said: “As our network grows, I’m delighted to welcome Hilary Rushe and Niall Horgan. Hilary brings a global perspective and a deep commitment to supporting founders as they navigate the challenges of growth. Niall has been there himself. He understands first-hand the highs, lows and hard-earned lessons of building a company from the ground up.”
