Irish accountancy and advisory firm Roberts Nathan has announced a merger with UK-based MHA which will lead to the formation of Baker Tilly Ireland. 

The strategic partnership marks Baker Tilly's next step of its expansion strategy, with the company planning to create 100 new jobs across its offices in Cork and Dublin.
