US investment firm BW Forsyth Partners has acquired North Cork firm Flow Technology for an undisclosed sum.
The Charleville-based firm, founded in 1978, provides engineered process systems and skid integration solutions serving the global life sciences industry.
The companies said the deal will support Flow Technology’s continued expansion in the US and Europe, and enhance its ability to serve global pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers.
Flow Technology has expertise in downstream purification, filtration, and chromatography systems, which positions it to support the increasingly sophisticated process infrastructure required to manufacture next-generation therapies.
Flow Technology recently secured two major US projects for two biopharmaceutical manufacturers investing in their expansion.
