Business support services company DCC has announced its energy division has completed the acquisition of the business of Shell Direct UK.

Business support services company DCC has announced its energy division has completed the acquisition of the business of Shell Direct UK.

Full details of the €23m transaction were set out in a Stock Exchange announcement in September.
