Port investigation urged by Fine Gael

FINE GAEL says the Oireachtas Committee on Communications, Marine and Natural Resources should investigate the potential loss of capacity at the country’s ports.

Marine spokesman John Perry made the call following a report this week from the Irish Exporters Association, which claims that the country’s port will not have the capacity to handle export volumes in the next few years, particularly in Dublin.
