African Diamonds to list fresh shares

AFRICAN Diamonds is to list fresh shares on London’s Alternative Market to cater for share options recently exercised by directors.

The listing will take place on January 27 and will result in John Teeling increasing his stake to 5.04% of the company. David Horgan and James Finn will hold 4.28% each.
