Cambiasso fails to make the bench, despite being available, as Jeff Schlupp and Riyad Mahrez start.
Burnley are still without the injured Dave Jones, Dean Marney and Nathaniel Chalobah, with Ashley Barnes and Stephen Ward replacing Steven Reid and Ross Wallace from their 4-0 loss at West Brom as the Clarets chase their first goal in 10 hours and 16 minutes in all competitions.

Misfiring striker Mario Balotelli is dropped for the visit of West Brom as Rickie Lambert is handed his first Barclays Premier League start for the club he rejoined in the summer.
Balotelli, a £16million signing from AC Milan, has scored just once in seven appearances and as a result loses his place with Alberto Moreno and Adam Lallana two other changes from the side which lost to Basle in the Champions League.
West Brom make one enforced change from the 4-0 win at Burnley with Andre Wisdom ineligible against his parent club, giving Cristian Gamboa his first league start.
Liverpool: Mignolet, Manquillo, Skrtel, Lovren, Moreno, Henderson, Gerrard, Sterling, Coutinho, Lallana, Lambert.
Subs: Brad Jones, Johnson, Toure, Lucas, Borini, Balotelli, Markovic.

Under-fire Newcastle manager Alan Pardew has handed Papiss Cisse his first start of the season in the Barclays Premier League game at Swansea.
Senegal striker Cisse fractured a patella in April and has made only two substitute appearances since, while Pardew also recalls winger Gabriel Obertan with Remy Cabella and Emmanuel Riviere dropping to the bench following Monday night’s 1-0 defeat at Stoke.
Swansea also make two changes from last weekend’s goalless draw at Sunderland, Jazz Richards replacing the suspended Angel Rangel and Wilfried Bony back in attack with Bafetimbi Gomis on the bench.
Swansea: Fabianski, Richards, Williams, Fernandez, Taylor, Shelvey, Ki, Dyer, Sigurdsson, Routledge, Bony.
Subs: Emnes, Carroll, Gomis, Montero, Tremmel, Bartley, Shephard.

Adam Johnson and Jack Rodwell are only named on the bench as Sunderland once again go in search of their first Barclays Premier League victory of the season.
The pair make way for midfielder Jordi Gomez and striker Steven Fletcher with head coach Gus Poyet attempting to inject a greater goal threat into his team.
Stoke counterpart Mark Hughes makes only one change to the side which beat Newcastle 1-0 on Monday evening with Marko Arnautovic replacing the injured Mame Biram Diouf, and that means a second return within 11 days for full-back Phil Bardsley to his former club.
Sunderland: Mannone, Jones, O’Shea, Vergini, Van Aanholt, Gomez, Larsson, Cattermole, Buckley, Fletcher, Wickham.
Subs: Pantilimon, Bridcutt, Brown, Johnson, Altidore, Mavrias, Rodwell.
