Arnesen approach could land Chelsea in trouble

Chelsea could face further punishment from the Premier League if claims they illegally approached Tottenham sporting director Frank Arnesen are proven.

Spurs officials have suspended Arnesen and are considering what action to take after claiming their London neighbours made an approach “in direct breach of FAPL rules”.
