Kleberson recalled

Brazil boss Carlos Alberto Parreira has recalled Manchester United’s Kleberson to his squad for the World Cup qualifier against Ecuador on November 17.

The midfielder, who had missed the last two games for his country, is in a strong 22-man squad that includes world stars Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Adriano, Cafu and Roberto Carlos as well as Arsenal’s Edu for the trip to Quito.

Among the new names included are defender Gilberto, from Hertha Berlin, and Rennes midfielder Dudu Cearense.

This is the last qualifying round in South America until March 2005 and after 10 games Brazil lead the group with 20 points, one clear of Argentina.
