There is some concern over Australia's Bledisloe Cup trip to Auckland after loose forward Matt Cockbain was sent home from the Wallabies' training camp at Coff's Harbour with a suspected case of chicken pox.

Coach Eddie Jones said: "It's very disappointing for Matt considering that he's just come back into the squad. He would have been back earlier if it wasn't for a minor ankle injury, but we also can't risk any further exposure to the team.

"We're checking everyone's medical history and so far most of the guys have had the virus.

"Those who haven't had chicken pox will be innoculated immediately."

The Australians are still smarting from a record loss to the All Blacks in Sydney and must have all hands on board if they are to execute an unlikely win.
