Lisburn are set to join CIYMS in being relegated from the Qualifying League One following their defeat to Bangor last weekend.

Meanwhile champions Ards, who celebrated their 75th anniversary with a dinner last week, will discover on Saturday night who their opponents will be in the Northern Bank Town's Cup final on Easter Monday, as they attempt to go for the league and cup double.

Ards booked their place in the final last Saturday with a convincing 38-17 victory over Rainey at Hamilton Park.

Coleraine, who were pipped to the Qualifying One title by Ards, entertain Bangor in the second semi-final and will be confident of reaching the showpiece final.

Meanwhile Derry YMCA are closing in on the Qualifying Three League title.

Victory over Ophir next Wednesday will ensure the Drumahoe club are crowned champions.

Having trailed Lurgan all season, YMCA put themselves in touching distance of the title with a 36-6 victory over Letterkenny on Tuesday night with half-backs Darryl Braiden and Andy Caldwell their star performers.

Lurgan completed their league programme with victory over Cavan on Saturday, when Derry also racked up a 26-19 victory over Academy.

The North West side need just one victory from their final two games to wrap up the title.

This Saturday will see the semi-finals of the Gordon West Cup taking place, with Lurgan travelling to Irish Predators, while University of Ulster Coleraine entertain Letterkenny.
