The first round of the Singapore Open fell victim to the weather after play was suspended this morning due to thunderstorms.

Manav Jaini was the early leader on three under par when play was brought to a halt, the Indian carding an eagle and a birdie through his first four holes on the Tanjong course at Sentosa Golf Club.

Chris Wood was second on two under after opening with consecutive birdies, but the majority of the field were yet to start their rounds.
