Brooky holds on for title

New Zealand’s Lynnette Brooky maintained her overnight lead to claim the Spanish Open title by three strokes.

Brooky claim her fourth Ladies European Tour victory with a final-round two-under-par 70 for a total of 275, 13 under par.

The best Briton was Wales’ Becky Brewerton, whose final-round 72 saw her finish seven shots off the pace on 282.
