No love lost between Tiger and Mickelson

Former Open champion Mark Calcavecchia has revealed there is no love lost between world number one Tiger Woods and his closest rival, Phil Mickelson.

Calcavecchia is friends with both but said: "Not everyone can get along with everybody else. They put up with each other, but they aren't the best of friends."
