Limerick boss Pat Joe Whelahan has named three newcomers as he takes charge of his first ever competitive game in charge.

The Birr supremo has suffered a stormy start by losing six regulars in a dual player bust up and is keen to look at new faces who include John and Michael Cahill from Croom and JP Sheehan.
