GAA: Provincial Player of the Year awards announced

Birr’s Simon Whelehan has won the AIB Provincial Player of the Year award for Leinster.

Mark Kerins from Clarinbridge won the Connacht award, with Ballygunner’s Fergal Hartley winning in Munster and Dunloy’s Alistair Eliot in Ulster.
