Angry Fans

You may agree with him or then again you may not. This week you comment on Liverpool, Rafa Benitez, Arsene Wenger and Robbie Keane; Barcelona, Robin Van Persie and Arsenal; Yellow Cards and Christmas Holidays; Eboue and Beckham and fouls; Arsene Wenger’s recommendations; a new song at Stamford Bridge; the Transfer Window, if its not broken, don’t try and fix it; ITV and the way you might look at it; Setanta the way you might not.

The first prize this week goes to Pat Keating from Limerick. Get in touch with your address and your prize will be in the post before you can say “television coverage?”

IN ALL my years supporting Liverpool this is perhaps the must infuriating one in which Rafa Benitez has spurned multiple opportunities to take the initiative and take a commanding lead in the league. He is constantly approaching every game with a negative attitude and constantly sacrificing attacking players for defensively minded oafs who demonstrate a lack of any footballing skill. The club urgently needs a manager like Arsène Wenger who encourages technical ability which is in very short supply in the modern game now dominated by dull draws and predictable championships which are decided by the clubs with the most financial power who pillage smaller clubs for their most talented young players.
