With 60 days until the start of official collective inter-county training for 2027, there remain three football managerial vacancies – Galway, Longford and Monaghan.
That comes after Limerick GAA’s news on Wednesday evening that they have proposed Michael Cahill to succeed Jimmy Lee. In total, there will be five new appointments.
