Athletes ban serves to remove competition

IT is a sad day for this country when our government stoops to banning foreign athletes so our athletes can have a better chance. It may be the Fianna Fáil way of doing things but it denigrates us internationally.

There is no rational basis on which this decision could have been taken. It is wrong, mean and despicable. It is no wonder our health service is in crisis when this is the way they do things.
