Blame local councils

Blame local councils

Most waterway pollution is caused by local authorities, although they could hardly be described as an industry.

The only time they are industrious is when there is a fish kill. Then you can be sure the first industry to be fingered will be agriculture, and of course the anti-farmer media will parrot their line without question.
