ON Sunday, November 23, the newly-formed Santry Anti-Bin Tax Campaign, with the assistance of anti-bin tax activists from Finglas, Navan Road/Dunard Road/Cabra and Ballybough, disrupted the Taoiseach as he was speaking at the launch of the St Vincent de Paul’s annual ‘Giving at Christmas’ appeal in the Omni Park shopping centre, Santry, in Dublin.

Mr Ahern will face many more such protests until the Government releases all anti-bin tax protesters, stops jailing them, orders local authorities to collect all bins and scraps this unjust and unfair tax.
