Fair trade in oil would soon end traffic chaos

Because, if we are genuinely interested in the welfare of Arabs, we should make sure they are paid a fair price for their oil at source.
If the true price were paid it would result in a charge of £10 (sterling) per gallon at the pumps.
This would resolve our traffic mayhem and resultant pollution overnight and might even help the economy.
Each car bought means a large sum of money going out of the country while each car on the move, like a severed artery, means even more of a drain.
