Natural alternative to artificial manure

WHEN I walk around the beautiful roads of Co Cork, I choke on the fumes from artificial manure.

Australia is at last recognising the value of seagrass (as they call it) abounding on their coasts for use as manure, and exploit it commercially. Ireland, too, is surrounded by water and seaweed litters the coastline.

Are Aussies so much brighter than the Irish? People die every year of cancer in Ireland from pesticides on the land and in their food.
