Separation of powers: lines have been blurred

Separation of powers: lines have been blurred

It is entirely inappropriate that the minister can act as if he is the arbiter of who is guilty or innocent; surely that is why we have an independent judicial system.

It is unacceptable that he feels it is right and proper that confidential Garda files should be handed over to the media or anyone else for that matter.
