Bernadette Bonar’s letter (Letters, March 5) is one I shall never forget.

A lack of empathy around fatal foetal abnormality issues

Her use of the expression ‘crocodile tears’ in relation to women forced to travel to England for an abortion, which should be provided in Ireland, showed the greatest lack of empathy or understanding I have ever seen.
